Table grapes that are planted in bad soil might present slow, unwanted development. Shallow, calcic, or poor structure soil is a challenge to the farmer. Applying ODEM substrates by the FEEDING CANAL technique allows the Table Grape Shrubs to enjoy the high soil water capacity together with the optimum pH and the air content of the ODEM substrate. Planting the young Grapes into pits or canal containing an ODEM substrate enables excellent conditions for root development encouraging rapid development for a long lasting high quality yields.
